Unfortunately we arrived on a cold day and the heating unit blew hot air towards the window rather than into the room so we had to sleep with the heating on and the room did not get very warm but stuffy and unpleasant. The curtain was off its rail on one side and did not look so good! The woman receptionist when we arrived was very pleasant but the man was monosyllabic when we left. At €116 for the night, it was not that cheap for the area or the service.

Wir haben durch dieses Hotel einen ganz neuen Teil von Paris kennen gelernt. Super gute Bistros und Wochenmarkt gleich um die Ecke. Entlang des Kanals spaziert man in gut einer Std. mitten ins Zentrum. In die andere Richtung erreicht man aufstrebende Quartiere mit einem wunderschönen Shoppingcenter "le millénaire – le shopping au bord de l'eau".
Wir hatten einen medizinischen Notfall. Die uns angebotene Hilfe an der Réception war sehr professionell und effizient.
Metro-Station direkt vor dem Hotel.
Für unkomplizierte Leute, welche sich schon ein bisschen auskennen in der Stadt ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Hello, we were all very happy with the hotel and the big bed. We chose to be in this part of Paris as a friend of ours lives nearby. But otherwise great location near the canal. There is more to Paris than the Louvre and certainly for those who have been to Paris before. The 19th district is an interesting area and the canal is just a great place to hang out on a sunny day. Good play ground too. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the check-in was the quickest I ever had in my life and with 2 tired kids this was very much appreciated. I liked the design and breakfast was OK.
Overall, great hotel. Would love to come back.
