during my stay NO hot water(so, no showers during 3 days) and my request to talk to the manager for a financial compensation was not answered.The manager did not show up or did not give instructions to the staff. Finally my family who lives in the neighbourhood of the hotel reached an agreement with the manager for some financial compensation after many discussions.And that is not the way the customers should be treated.

the hotel is in a very central location - just steps to anywhere you want to go.
Montorgueil is a very busy market street, so convenient for food shopping, drinks or dining. However, bring your earplugs since it can get loud. My room smelled of cigarettes and the ac did not really work that well. Staff is very nice. Overall, I would likely go back again due to the location.

the rooms are way too small! we booked a suite and it was even half as small as an average room in another hotel. The price is way too high for what you get. The staff says bonjour, but that's all they say... This is one of the poorest hotels we've slept in. Never again for us

We were wonderfully surprised by the great hotel, location and staff. It's on a street with so much activity yet the room was so quiet that we didn't notice it at all. Fantastic shopping within walking distance or a short bus ride.

WE CLEARLY SAID THAT IT WAS OUR BIRTHDAYS AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THE HOTEL PEOPLE HAD ACKNOWLEDGED THIS, IT WOULD HAVE PUT A PERSONAL TOUCH TO OUR TRIP.

Lovely location and good presentation of rooms. Only complaints: very thin walls, and the breakfast room in the basement is a bit claustrophobic.
