Une réclamation de propreté au niveau SdB ayant été demandée à eu comme résultat un : "désolée Madame". Mais n'a en aucun cas été satisfait ! C'est ce que j'appelle : Très mauvais ! De plus, je suppose que les "sourires ou mots aimables", (même banals) devaient être payants... !
Bref, je choisirai un autre hôtel.

Rooms did not have functioning air-conditioning and it was uncomfortable to sleep in the room without any ventilation. It was not safe to keep the window or the door to the room open either on account of the direct road-side location of the rooms in the bottom floor. So the amount charged for the room did not correspond to the facilities promised.

Sarebbe utile mettere alla reception personale qualificato in grado di svolgere il proprio lavoro correttamente e soprattutto dotato di educazione e gentilezza nei confronti del cliente.
Inoltre serve ulteriore organizzazione per quanto riguarda la colazione (le tavole sono mancanti di posate, tazze, bicchieri, tovagioli).

We got a great deal on this hotel. It had a great feel, the staff were very friendly, and it was a five minute walk to a metro station! Never felt unsafe walking back to it at night either. It's in a great area. Would recommend!

la déco change des hotels standards mais on sent que tout cela a un peu vécu. Les chambres sont propres mais j'ai trouvé la mienne assez petite. ceci dit, tout est bien pensé et comme j'étais seule, ça a été.

Seul problèmes pour moi: la pauvre qualité des oreillers (pour un hotel 4 etoiles) et le fait que les sols soient en carrelage (joli mais froid): tapis ou chaussons auraient ete les bienvenus.

L'hotel è piccolo e carino: lo stile delle camere, etnico-orientaleggiante, è di mio gusto, tutto è curato nei minimi particolari: letto, tendaggi, cuscini, copriletto, bagno.
L'unica pecca è che sia la stanza che il bagno - almeno dove ho alloggiato io - sono piccolissimi.
Alla pulizia delle camere e delle aree comuni darei un 6,5, nel senso che è sufficiente ma si potrebbe migliorare.
Per quanto riguarda la posizione - 16° arrondissement zona Monparnasse - non è centralissima anche se comunque parte dei 20 arrondissement di parigi, ma ha abbastanza vicina la metro Linea 4, fermata Port D'Orleans a circa 300 metri.
Per il cibo non esprimo opinioni perchè non ho fatto nemmeno la colazione in hotel.
Complessivamente credo che in Italia ci sono tre stelle migliori - questo è un 4 !!!
Comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo lo giudico buono, avendo io usufruito di un'offerta!

Frühstücksraum zu klein für alle Gäste des Hotels. Hier entstehen Wartezeiten um frühstücken zu können zumal ab 9 h. Das Angebot des Frühstücks ist gering (Salami, Schinken und eingepackter Käse) Marmelade und Honig. Man müsste meinen wenigstens das französiche Baguette müsste gut sein, aber leider war das Baguette und die Brötchen zäh. Ich schlage vor, außerhalb des Hotel in einer Brasserie zu frühstücken. Dort bekommt man für € 15 ein Super Frühstück serviert und sitzt auch noch gemütlich.

I loved the hotel, my girlfriend as well, something different than the typical hotels, other style and very warm with its colors. TV's could be changed (very old and bad sound quality)
