No wireless internet in bar, no bar man to serve drink on arrival on Sunday evening, charges for water to be drunk in room, bathroom tiny, plug in bath did not work. Hotel manager not friendly at all. Very, very expensive considering above. It has 4 stars apparently but I find that hard to believe.
The staff at the desk was very professional and helpful. The manager could use a little more personality

The stay was ok. only stayed as I had a friend staying at that place ,we met up. On the web it states 4 star.I would put it down to. 2 star rating. No room to move around in the room. No where to put your bags and unpack. No Internet in the rooms. you had to go down to the foyer.
Apart from that it was a bed and only for a few nights.

This was my fourth stay in the Villa Pantheon, and my last.
Overpriced for the quality of the room.
Could not hook up internet easily, and at times not at all.
One room was too small for too male adults.
TV did not have any English speaking stations. Plus, the TV had very poor reception.
Frankly, I was extremely disappointed with the experience.
The air conditioner was out in the hotel which made the rooms and breakfast area stuffy but not unbearable since it was September but - for the cost of a room- it seems that the system could have been fixed because it was out almost the entire 11 days. Also, one of the elevators didn't work at all.
On arrival to our room we had no towels. Reception said sorry we were going to give you some tomorrow as we had a problem with our laundry service. We then had to insist on receiving a couple as we weren't prepared to wait until the next day to wash; whatever time of day that would have been.. we thought that was ridiculous expecting their guests not to wash.
The smaller than double bed in our room had one pillow each which was wafer thin so we had to put the towels that we were eventually given to try and get a good nights sleep.
We only tried the breakfast on the first day as when we went down all the tables were dirty and used. Not tidied for the next guest. There was only cereal available, warm milk and dirty cutlery.
The hotel was clean everywhere else and apart from one of the receptionist all the rest were polite and helpful. It is in a central location but is not worth the price.
Nettes Hotel mit kompetenten Mitarbeitern inmitten vieler Sehenwürdigkeiten. Metro 5 min.
Ein Zimmer zur Rückseite wäre empfehlenswert.
The staff were absolutely fabulous.Extremely patient and helpful and kind.
They assisted us with all our inquiries, no questions asked, we tried to speak to French, and they kindly,
spoke to us in English
Would return ;)

We stayed in the 'standard' room, which was on the small size but adequate for the short stay in Paris. A little disappointed though as the pictures on the web page give a different view i.e. rooms look larger than they actually are.
The hotel was situated ideally for Notre Dam, The Pantheon, Jardin de Luxenburg. For travelling around Paris you could easily walk to a few of the tourist sights and for those further afield the metro and Batueax bus easily accessible. The front of house staff were excellent especially Madeline who was very welcoming and helpful. Would I stay here again? yes I would.
WIFI Service is quite problematic in the rooms and therefore affects the stay of business travellers.
A very excellent Hotel nearby one of the best Restaurants.
Friendly Staff - The rooms are a little bit small - but this is Paris. No Matter.
Next Time I will stay again at the Pantheon Hotel.
this place is in a great area, but i would still never stay there again. I know european hotel room are small, but this was literally the size of a closet.
The room and the bathroom were extremly little and the room was located near de lifts, so it was quite noisy.
